We want you to love your new glow, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused, non-installed lighting fixtures in their original packaging. Please ensure all components and hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the fixture back in its original manufacturer box with all protective foam and inserts to prevent glass breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the fixture for installation marks or damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
